Terms of Service

Path To Sign is a college athletic recruiting process management tool. It helps families organize their school target lists, track coach outreach, manage recruiting questionnaires, and draft coach correspondence. The service integrates with Gmail to surface recruiting-related email threads.

Beta status. Path To Sign is currently in private beta. During the beta period:

• The product is provided free of charge to invited users
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• We may experience downtime, data errors, or other issues typical of early-stage software
• We will make reasonable efforts to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee zero data loss during this period

You must provide an accurate email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pathtosign.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per family at launch. Do not create accounts on behalf of athletes you are not a parent or legal guardian of.

When you connect Gmail, you grant Path To Sign permission to read, send, and modify emails in your connected account. We use that permission only for your college recruiting correspondence. You can revoke it at any time from your account settings. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how Gmail data is handled.

You are responsible for the content of emails sent from Path To Sign on your behalf. Sending misleading, harassing, or fraudulent messages to college coaches using this tool violates these Terms and may violate applicable law.

Path To Sign uses AI to generate draft email replies for your review. These drafts are suggestions only. You should:

• Read every AI draft before sending
• Edit drafts to reflect your authentic voice
• Not rely on AI drafts as accurate statements of fact about the athlete

We are not responsible for the content of emails you send after reviewing and choosing to use an AI draft.

During the beta period (through approximately October 1, 2026): The service is free. No payment is required.

After the beta period: If you continue using Path To Sign after the beta, a paid subscription will be required. We will notify you before the beta period ends with pricing details and options. If you do not subscribe, your account will revert to a free tier with limited functionality.

Current planned pricing (subject to change): $14.99/month or $149/year for full access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TR13 Enterprises LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost recruiting opportunities, damage to relationships with college programs, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free beta period, our total liability is limited to $0.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TR13 Enterprises LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Emails you send through the service, including any email you send after reviewing an AI-generated draft
• Your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of the rights of any third party, including any college, coach, or institution
• Any use of your account by another person, whether or not authorized by you

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
